Welcome to Mayo Connect @duan62533732. I’m sorry to hear that you are facing recurrence of your cancer. There are others here that have been diagnosed with EGFR lung cancer. I have a different mutation, ALK (stage IV). It’s a scary position to be in, we all know that someday our targeted therapies will no longer be effective, and it leaves us in an uneasy position.
Has the progression been to your lungs, or another area? Is your team able to get a new biopsy for additional testing?

@duan62533732, Frustration, or whatever else you are feeling, are perfectly valid emotions. We all want more time from these drugs. Targeted therapies have been a game-changer in treating some cancers, but until we have a real cure they'll never be enough.
