Anybody else get a sudden flareup? Neck clicks like broken glass

@rodturner Clicking noises in the neck might be the facet joints when you move. If you are having a muscle spasm that tightens your neck, it may put pressure on those joints and cause them to click. If your discs get thinner due to compression or rupture, etc, it will put more wear and pressure on the facet joints.

Have you tried a heat wrap to help relax muscles? I know that helps me.

I used my TENS unit for a half-hour then some CBD oil and wore my C-collar to bed. That seemed to clear it up.
