I've been taking Entresto lowest dosage for the first 2 months and now on the middle dosage for about a month. Recently after the dosage change, I felt a noticeable difference in my energy and breathing almost feeling like normal when doing everyday activities. This lasted for about 2 weeks and then suddenly, my symptoms of low energy, abdominal discomfort and shortness of breath came back like I was in the beginning of my treatment.
Has anyone experienced this, and if so, did it subside and get better?

I'd like to know how long, on average did it take for others to feel like they are getting better.

Thanks

I was put on the highest dose of Entresto along with Carvididol 25 mb both taken twice a day.

When I first went on it I had really bad fatigue, aches, no energy. Wow I said thought this was suppose to be good for me. I had consultation with my HF doctor and PCP and all said it is a common side affect when taking the medication and most sypmtoms will improve in a couple of weeks. Then did and have been on same dosage for many years now.

My EF did not improve but has remained stable every since being put on it versus my EF going down and down. How bad is my EF 25-30). But I exercise 6 days a week and do sprint triathlons.
Entresto came on as a great HF medication and has worked for me and many others. I think one of the reasons why there is so much fatique and low energy is the common side affect of both Entresto and Carvididol is lowering your BP and HR. The body will state to compensate for those side affects and most improve and can stay on medications. Some don't and cannot stay on them.
