I wish in many ways I could retire...disability is on the table. I adore my job but I also have a child who was just diagnosed with an extremely rare digestive disease so we are headed up to MN to start treating him for a disease with now cure or no known real treatment. You can find me with Collagenous Gastritis group as well. I do not feel sorry myself I feel immense concern.

So sorry to hear, I know the anxiety of a parent with a sick child. My son got Crohn's disease as a teen, very tough, now a tough adult, my hero. Lucked into a clinical trial after a few years of very bad stuff. You may want a therapist for your child/family to deal with it, was very helpful and my wife and I are both therapists LOL. I hope things go well for you all.
