Concerned about erratic levels of PSA numbers over the last 3 years

Surgical biopsies were done 6 years ago followed up with ultrasound, scans, camera scopes of the prostate. The prostate was normal size with a small nodule on I believe the left side.

You need a biopsy done now, not six years ago. You have a high PSA now You need to get that investigated immediately.
