a 60 point rise in PSA in one year time is something that needs to be addressed ASAP. When your PSA was 21 did they put you on any medications? If so, are you still taking them? I would go to a different Dr. that sends blood to a lab and get a PSA test out of that office.

I’m on finasteride. He put me on Doxycycline for 2 weeks now, will then retest.
