Does anyone know what this could be?

I’ve been having vaginal swelling for about a month now. I had some white discharge so my gyno thought it was a yeast infection and prescribed me the medication for that but it didn’t go away so i got a vaginal swab and blood test every is negative. They gave me a steroid ointment that does get rid of the swelling but the swelling returns when i urinate or shower. there is a small lump near my opening that moves to the touch. Does anyone know what might be going on? or experienced something similar?

Were you tested for STDs/STIs like herpes or do you think you may have an allergy to a new soap/body wash/laundry detergent? Have you started any new medications or bought new underwear that may be irritating your genitals? It sounds like something touching your genitalia is causing your symptoms. Do you have a new partner and could they have exposed you to something new? I wonder if some tests may not pick up something new depending on the infection. You may want your gynecologist to do testing again. You also may want your primary doctor to do other bloodwork to see if anything shows up being off balance.

I was tested for herpes i requested a full panel and im also not having an itching or burning and no sores/ ulcers or paper cut looking painful parts down there.

Could it be an inflamed lymph node? Have you been sick lately or run down? Have you had any autoimmune antibody testing or could you be allergic to something? Your immune system seems to be fighting something.

My doctor said everything looks healthy and he doesn’t see anything wrong i just got my blood taken and swabbed again just in case but he is referring me to a dermatologist to check for a skin condition

Update I saw my gyno again and he doesn’t say anything wrong i did ask for another swab and blood test but still cant find the issue thats causing the swelling
