Can you tell me more about your experience with LDN what symptoms has it relieved and what side effects did you have. I have been prescribed this but haven't taken it yet.
i stated at 1.5 mg and slowly titrated up to 4.5mg
when i took the meds in the evening i had trouble falling asleep, so i
took it after breakfast, which worked great for me, it did not cause any symptoms which was great.
i stopped taking LDN when i was given 3 different drugs (one at a time) for internal tremors. at that point my energy was fine. none of the tremor drugs worked for me. after that, i didn’t feel the need to restart LDN.
i do think it is worth a try. you might start at .5 mg if you have concerns or tend to be drug sensitive.
yes, compounded LDN from a local pharmacy.
I started at 1.5 mg and titrated up to 3.5 mg now which seems to work for me. 4.5 mg is standard, but how much or little you need is up to your body.
i could feel a change at 1.5 mg, but it didn’t last.

I started at 1 mg. I felt more fatigue both morning as well as night. I dropped to .50 mg. and then .25. The fatigue did not let up. I am very sensitive to medication and I think I am more of the exception. I noticed that it did help with brain fog, but I was really hoping to have a little more energy. I think from my research that it can really make a difference. I hope you are one who benefits from LDS.
Modafinil is a stimulant that can help with fatigue. Stellar ganglion blockage can also provide relief. The last one is not covered by insurance and one might not be enough.

My insurance wouldn't cover Modafinil unfortunately, but I might try again as nothing else has helped.
I did have a SGB in January, unfortunately I had awful headaches for 3 solid weeks after and it didn't help any of my symptoms. I had a post procedure reaction that was not enjoyable, I thought I was having a stroke. I'm not sorry I tried it though, It has helped some people.

I am very sorry SGB did not work. Modafinil can make you crash and may give you anxiety. Perhaps the best thing is to rest. With long covid our bodies are not producing energy properly. I hope you feel better soon.

Vigorous hard work. Exercise, although not necessarily aerobic, helped me. Big time.
This may be counter-intuetive. I forced myself against my mind's resistance
The result was dramatic I did not have to wait long for feedback. I went to bed feeling better. I woke up like Rip Van Winklie.
Once only? No. The LC comes slowly back so now I am hopelessly addicted to physical activity. Remodelling shovellingg snow. Wading and rowing and fishing
I am not making this up i am not the only one although I am one of the first. I got Covid Mar 2020

How much did that cost?

I tried a ADHD medication, made my HR go crazy and I felt so nauseous I had to stop after a few days.

Modafinil 100 mg. caused me to feel jittery and anxious. I hope that does not happen to those who choose to try it.
