Anyone have vertigo? What causes it?

Thanks for that info. My doctor said it was NOT from crystals in the ear. I tried the Epley maneuver before going to the ER. The ER PA who treated me said the vertigo could have been from severe nasal congestion from a bad upper respiratory infections a week earlier ( negative test for covid); could have been dehydrated also. My primary MD said you first have to determine what is causing the vertigo before moving ahead with treatment.

I disagree. No reason to continue to suffer with vertigo until you can identify the cause. In the meantime, Try the Carol Foster MD maneuver. It’s fantastic! Cures me of vertigo every time. Google it. Short video. I also had my primary doc refer me for PT which cured vertigo for a couple years. Then I do the Carol Foster MD maneuver when it reoccurs and I’m fine again. Not sure what triggers it but as long as I can nip it in the bud right away, I’m okay.
