Good morning
I was no herbal tea of any kind. And my post transplant booklet actually specified the brand names that are acceptable. Tetley and Red Rose are the only brands that are safe to consume. The reason for these brands is that the part of the tea plant that they cultivate doesn't have any of the naturally occurring chemicals that affect your tacrolimus/serolimus levels. I keep a little baggy of my Tetley tea in my purse and take it with me all the time. The only place I can drink the tea they sell is Tim Hortons. I can't drink the tea at McDonald's or Starbucks. Hopefully this will help 😊👋🇨🇦
