Is there any help at all for foot numbness in PN

I read a post on here from someone who said he cured his numbness 80% by switching to an anti inflammatory diet and exercising. I have never heard anyone make this Claim before So I have switched to this dieT and I bought myself a recumbent bike to get my legs moving. I will try anything and if I have any success I will post it here.

I’m clueless about an anti-inflammatory diet, but I’ve been lifting weights and doing cardio for 30+ years. This numbness has only gotten worse over the years and not one medical professional has any answer for relief.
