Thank you for the inquiry. I am doing well. I had a total radical hysterectomy via robotics in September 24th. The recovery has gone well and they got it all, with circulating tumor cell marker now at 0.00….Yay! I’m having the usual follow ups and have also incorporated a whole food diet plan into my life now. The bloodwork I had after 10 weeks of this new diet has been amazing. All of my elevated numbers have come down, and I have lost now, after 12 weeks, 30 lbs. 10 more to go to my goal!! The cancer was a real wake up call to me that I was not giving my body what it needed to stay healthy. The Epstein Barre I’ve struggled with for years should have told me that but I was always told there was nothing that could be done but get enough rest and take my supplements. It turns out diet helps with that too. My titers came down on that too! Not within the normal range yet but working on them with a nutritionist! So thankful to the Lord for this new direction in my life. God bless you all and continually praying for you all!

@kkathysan Such good news! Like you I can't say I took very good care of my body pre-cancer and that was certainly a wake-up call. I hope you will keep up with what you are doing for yourself. My weight fluctuates and as soon as I add a few pounds I get myself back to the plant-based diet recommended by my doctors.

How often do you return for your follow-up physical appointments? Every 6 months?
