Has anyone used Magnesium containing all 7 forms of it, successfully in pain management?

Aqua therapy does not require for you to swim...
I am a poor swimmer myself...
I had aqua therapy. The pool was not deep. The exercises are movements you do in the water while walking etc.
So maybe you could reconsider?
It is the only PT I enjoyed... and more effective than other types.

I have seen people do these exercises and I know they enjoy them. I'm sure many people think I'm nuts. Shortly after we were married my husband bought and 18.5 foot v-hull boat with a high-powered outboard without discussing it with me. He assumed everyone grew up enjoying the water because he grew up boating and fishing. I was so scared I had to crawl on my hands and knees down the dock to get in the boat. Once I was in I hyperventilated and got nauseous. We didn't keep the boat long. I am petrified of water. We have friends who have pontoon boats and have invited to go for a ride on a nearby small lake. I made up my mind I was going to do it but after crawling down to boat I got so dizzy I couldn't stand up. I might be able to walk in ankle-deep water but once it gets knee deep I feel like it is sweeping me off my feet and panic.

@bunstuffer I can relate. I fell into water (with a cycle rickshaw on top of me - long story!) when I was a child, and am afraid of being knee deep in water because I too feel like it will sweep me off my feet - and I panic as well. Yet, I love water - as long as I can hold on to something secure like a rail.

Me too, Ken, but in this case I went down one research hole after another with no luck, except for the one article I cited - which was really about post-surgical pain.
But that doesn't stop dozens of "experts" trying to sell us on it. And I understand...nobody wants to be in pain, and most people want a "natural" way to deal with it, so will try almost anything.

You have to be very careful with Magnesium due to kidney disease it can cause if taking long term

I did not use it for pain. Most people are low in Mg, like people are low in vit D3. I use a larger amount to help me keep regular. It usually takes quite a bit to overdose on Mg but if concerned ask your Doc to run a Mg test. I used to take three 400 mg soft gels a day of Mg Oxide for many years but then cut down to 2 a day when my test results were just over normal.
