Welcome @alexandriadel01, What you are going through sounds rough! I would be exhausted if I were in your shoes. I'm not a doctor or clinician, but a fever for that long and your list of symptoms is concerning. Make sure you continue to drink plenty of fluids, as fevers can be dehydrating. You didn't mention how many days ago you went to Urgent Care. Do you have a regular family care/primary care physician that could evaluate you more thoroughly? If not, you may want to reach out to one to see if you can get an appointment. Once scheduled they may have a triage nurse that can assess your need for more immediate attention.

thank you for your sweet reply! I went to the urgent care yesterday! unfortunately the NP only saw me for like 45 seconds and said since i was negative covid and flu it’s just an URI but with all my symptoms, especially lasting this long i think it’s something more 🙁 i went to school today and couldn’t even make it up the stairs without needing a break. she told me to come back in 10 days if my symptoms worsen but i think 15 days with a fever, vomiting , dizzy , diarrhea , no appetite and more sounds crazy! other than that she didn’t give me the time of day, i called my doctor and he said i need a chest xray by the sounds of it ! so hopefully i can go get one soon, but the urgent care visit costed $500 just for her to speak to me and give me nothing 😭and that’s with insurance
