@linda1974 I am curious about the use of Claritin in your situation. Does your doctor tell you that you are having an allergic reaction? I have Claritin on hand for allergies. Looking it up, I see that Claritin is sometimes used for chemo-induced bone marrow inflammation and bone pain. Is that the rationale for your use?

I was not told about the Claritin. Only ibuprofen and Tylenol. Yes, I also have MS and should've been told because of underlying health issues. Just a bad situation all the way. I hope others that get Reclast are better informed.

Sclerostin inhibition causes inflammation of the bone marrow. Antihistamines can alleviate that inflammation.
