@yogalisac Dr. McCormick closed his chiropractic business but still does bone consultations.

I've been using the Marodyne for about a year. I don't think it's the most important thing I'm doing, though, I think it's lower on the list. My husband also had significant improvement in one year, he went from severe osteoporosis to osteopenia in his spine.

And your husband did the same thing as you to improve? What were his osteoporosis numbers on the Dexa initially?

Also, do you have to bend your legs a bit when using the Marodyne? And do you hold onto handles or rest your hand on the wall for balance?'

My balance isn't too bad, but just wondering!
