Carrie,
You're welcome. We do a modified LiftMor exercise routine using our Tonal strength training machine. We aren't using the heavy weights suggested by the LiftMor research, though, we are doing three sets of ten repetitions.

I take many supplements (mostly vitamins and minerals but also alpha lipoic acid), take Raloxifene to reduce my breast cancer risk which has a modest bone benefit, do strength training 2-3x/week, walk briskly on a treadmill for half an hour most days, stand on the Marodyne for 10 minutes twice a day, don't take calcium supplements when I eat foods high in oxalates, eat 60 g of prunes per day, do balance exercises, and I give myself daily Jin Shin Jyutsu self-help to support bone health. Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient healing art similar to acupuncture using gentle touch instead of needles. I also consult with Dr. McCormick about my bone markers, DEXAs, etc. I may have forgotten some things but obviously vibration is just one component.

In one year, I improved my spine DEXA from -2.7 to -2.2 measured on the same DEXA machine.

I hope this helps!
