I may have already responded to you. I have the same symptom and have for about 2 years. Every medical intervention has not solved the problem. So I'm stuck. I think I may have to contact the Mayo Clinic and see if they have a different understanding

look man im going to be honest, no one is going to help you, none of the doctors know the cause or care enough to figure it out. find yourself a good and kind plastic surgeon and get him to give you botox until you feel normal. you have suffered with this long enough my friend
