My family are old school. They don't go to the doc unless they absolutely have to. I was like that too until my dad died. Changed my perspective.

Old school people can be frustrating, my family is the same. When I was growing up, 78 now, cancer, heart disease, osteoporosis are 3 conditions suffered by many. I chose to be very proactive. I am so glad you are, too! Set an example for the next generation.
