I've been on thinners for probably 30yrs, 25 on warfarin and now 5 on eloquis. I started using DMSO for my osteoarthritis. My left knee became unbearable and I was looking at shots. I happened upon posts regarding DMSO. It has helped immensely but it is said to be a vascodialater. Will an INR test tell me if I'm in danger of bleeding.

@rwerky, do you have leiden factor V? Have you talked to your doctor about the effectiveness of an INR (international normalized ratio) test to measure how long it takes for your blood to clot?
