My fibromyalgia, causes me to have muscle cramps mainly in my pectoral muscles, that mimic
heart issues. I also have what feel like tiny pin pricks any any time on my upper torso. I take 75mg
of Lyrica twice a day once when I go to bed and once when I get up. I tried Gabapentin, and once day I was playing golf and made me nauseous and a terrible headache. I know each of us react to all drugs generally different.
