I think that as well. I’m thinking that most medicines these days are not as great as we thought. This whole osteoporosis disease is so catch 22 for me. I dammed if I do and dammed if I don’t. Right now the only side effects from tylemos is after the shot - get dull headache and some nausea- but I take it at night and lay down. I fall asleep fairly fast so my morning I don’t have any issues. BTW - the shots are not as troublesome as I think - they take about 3 minutes to prep-shot-done. This is. The last drug I can take to build bone. Right now I hope I don’t get long-term symptoms.

I'm also reluctantly on the Evenity journey. I'm not impressed with any of the bone drugs. I've spent hours researching other forums as well as medical publications for more natural options following this year of injections.

Strontium Citrate (OTC) consistently stands out. Many who are unable or unwilling to take the drugs have reported amazing success with SC. I would be willing to test it out for 6-mo or so and then pay for a REMS scan to see if the bone density has held. But it would be so much easier if I had the "blessing" of my doctor rather than being dismissed so quickly because it wasn't a drug.
