I am not sure you were asking me or someone else, but my ENT did order a CT of sinuses.

They revealed no issues, but a scope revealed polyps. My ENT stated to me that the polyps are usually caused by irritation. So I began treatments with nasal steroids (on Xhance now) and it has really helped.

I am still struggling with finding the irritation triggers and allergies. All those tests (blood and prick tests) show dust only. But I know pine trees in windy times and mowed grass is an allergy I have as I react immediately to it with sinus and throat irritation.

My PCP advised me that in Florida pine is a common allergy for many. But he said the blood tests nor pricks test for a pine allergen.
