Has anyone had a total lung removal for MAC and bronchiectasis?

I found a couple of discussions about pneumonectomy in the past. It’s more common to have a line or section removed for abscess.

I had my right lower lobe removed when I had the VATS procedure. I was diagnosed as having MAC following the procedure.
