Welcome to Connect Henry. Thank you for sharing your success story. Sleeping 8 hours a night is one of the best things you can do for your health. So many people have disrupted sleep. It is hard to get or keep mental and physical health on track without good sleep hygiene.
Do you also exercise? What other activities help?
Yes I go to the local gym do strength training and some Aerobics, try for 5 times a week. On days I do not go to the gym I walk 40 - 60 minutes a day
Nothing like a good success story to brighten a day! I play pickleball, to which I am addicted, 3xs a week as well as water aerobics. It does help to get the body moving around.
