I'm one of the baby boomers who was scared off of HRT but, if it has some protection against bone, breast, and brain disease, I'd like to try a low-dose patch and progesterone. I'm on vaginal estradiol and it made a huge difference in a short length of time. The benefits are only local, though, as I understand it.
