Oh no! I've not had any trouble with the automatic transmissions. I'm sorry that you aren't getting any good answers.
Hello, I too had trouble with transmitting with the first unit I had so I had to call the Reveal link people for a replacement . After that I had no problems transmitting manually. Maybe your unit was faulty too? Hope you get better service! keep trying!
I have no problem transmitting manually. The unit is supposed to transmit automatically, so you shouldn't have to manually transmit unless physician requests you to do so.
Does it show that you have a good signal? I assume that you have tried moving it to different locations to see if that helps -- closer to a window is usually better. How frustrating.
My cardio doc has 2 technicians that are experienced in this area. I will see them on 22 March and ask them your question. Just curious, do you have it pointed at foot of bed, and what is your signal strength, shows on display?
