Do you have access to a local support group? Many of us also get a therapist when taking care of a difficult parent or spouse. How is your father's cancer going? Do you have a hospice near you? He can be on hospice a long time, not just when death is imminent, and they provide services that help you!

I'll ask my therapist for that it seems more helpful that zoom calls. His cancer is progressing and he is resulting to more supplements and teas on amazon rather than seeing a doctor. I try to convince him but he's stubborn and hardhearded so it feels worthless trying. As for hospice I feel like between me and my mom we would take better care of him.
