@rashida That’s interesting about availability. Maybe I’m wrong but I think Benefiber is still available in the US. As for Miralax, I’ve never used it, but I know it’s prescribed for constipation here, not diarrhea (as far as I know).

@bunnybear I am in Canada so will have to wait till I go across the border again. Yes, it’s for constipation as well, but
I don’t have that problem anymore.
