Combined K2 and D3 sourcing and dosage?

I'm having trouble getting definitive information on this. Some sources say that it's vitamin K1, not K2, that can interfere with Warfarin. As is common, it's hard for the layman to get definitive answers.

@njx58 - I read its K1 which interferes with Warfarin. For Vitamin D3, VitaminK2 (MK-7) is the recommended partner. You also see that in most supplements being sold in the market.
