If severe our doctors tend to prescribe Forteo or Tymlos (work through the parathyroids) or, increasingly, Evenity (inhibits sclerostin). Of course exercise, diet and supplements support that treatment.

@joelaurie1 I hope you have an endocrinologist who can prescribe for you!
