PEA for pain relief?

@ohiodoug

I've been taking 1100 mg PEA for last six months in combo with another vitamin regiment (The Protocol).
Overall, my pain is better.

I get my PEA from https://thewelltheory.com/

There is research supporting PEA treating neuropathy so its worth trying! For example...

Palmitoylethanolamide in the Treatment of Chronic Pain: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC10053226/

Effect of PEA-OXA on neuropathic pain

Good luck!
Doug

Thanks for the references ohiodoug. I'm still leary of using PEA after my severe itching episode from one XGold Health 300mg . May try another brand after a short break.
The Indians (Guardians) will get 'em next year. Go tribe!
