Yes, and I have spoken to her. The sildenafil is for "lung blood pressure", whatever that means. It has not impacted my pulse rate or my BP. I think I'm just sensitive to it.

I too am on Slidenafil for Pulmonary Hypertension and I have left sided heart failure. They started me on 20 mg 3X a day. I had severe side effects. We are now trying 10 mg/day then 20, then 30 over three weeks. Still having side effects.
