Places to stay near the Gonda building

I finally got accepted to see an orthopedic doctor at the Gonda building . We would like a place with a pool for my 17 year old son ( is there any other teen attractions) I will be using my scooter (if I can take it in doctors offices ) or wheelchairs. Is the trolly wheelchair or scooter accessible ? Any suggestions would be appreciated I will be arriving on Nov 3-6?
