I wear an engraved medical alert ID which attaches to my apple watch band. It has 6 lines which enabled me to put my name, TAA/aortic info on two lines, my do not give to me medication, husbands name and his cell phone number. The engraving is easy to read and I have worn it for a few years. Of course the apple phone can be used for medial alert personnel but just in case I bought this since I always have my watch on.
