I have osteoporsis. How do you deal with the pain in your buttocks when sitting or laying down to relax or sleep. I am petite and have lost 1/2 inch. 5 ft. now. I will be 70 yo soon. I have not wanted to try the meds because there was so many side effects. I am a caregiver to my husband. Thx. for sharing.

@sillyblone osteoporosis does not cause pain so you might want to see a doctor to see what is causing the pain with sitting or lying down. Do you have fractures in your spine or other spinal issues?

If the pain runs down your leg also you could possibly have sciatica.
