Ohtuvayre drug class is : phosphodiesterase inhibitor, specifically 3 & 4. So not exactly in the category of theophilline. Personally, having started on Ohtuvayre as an add-on .......the first week I remain unimpressed. I am also on Dupixent, however, it seems to have lost its oomph after 7 months. Perhaps I developed antibodies to it, no one can give me an answer. I think its wise to start Dupixent and am hoping that it does you a world of good and relief! Let us know!
