I just wanted to let you know that Martha has not been active here in several years, so may not see your post.

Thank you! I have a number of issues, bursitis, OA (subchondral cysts), FAI, IFI, labral tears. All that said, I feel like I'm on the brink of recovery after changing my diet, adding some supplements, and being very good about PT. I just received a BMAC injection yesterday in the hip and am hopeful it will work. I'd love to get back to running without having a hip replacement!
