Thank you for your suggestions and prayers. I'm looking into Benadryl creams, and an oral rout with oxycarbazepin 150 mg tabs. I'm alone w/o any help, and struggle with cream application . I have an appointment with a young dermatologist next week for his input. God bless,

As I have researched this for awhile, it is not a skin problem by a spinal nerve problem. Dermatologist have been no help. My physiatrist suggested lidocaine patches. Since I cannot put them on my back, I have found that 4% lidocaine spray and roller have helped alot.
