Hello Faith. I hope you are doing well. I was recently advised to do the watchful waiting approach and am wondering if this is what was suggested for you. It has not yet been determined exactly what type of low grade NHL I have but got the diagnosis in September.

Watchful waiting approach is commonly recommended for some types of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. It can be unsettling. I prefer to use the term active surveillance since that sounds proactive, rather than simply waiting. Regardless of the term used, your team is monitoring your closely with this treatment approachment.

@slr2, have you learned more about your type of NHL in the meantime? How are you doing?
