@cindyem, I extended the title of your discussion to see if anyone else has had Ojjaara (momelotinib) offered yet as a treatment option. I think @snakebite was looking into it.

My husband took Ojjaara - was very $$$ and didn't help at all. He had Myeloproliferastiv - MPN
blood cancer. His cancer was a result of Agent Orange in Nam during the Tet Offensive.While in Nam he was in the RedCross Hospital-diagnosed w/a swollen spleen - but at that time they didn't know what had caused it. He died at age 80, so it took many years for it to culminate.
