I dont know what to do anymore...

I have been battling pain, and so many other things for years. The last couple of years it has gotten so much worse. I was told that I have Psoriatic arthritis, and fibromyalgia. I have been on medications for them and nothing has helped. I recently started getting MRSA infections, about ever 2 - 3 weeks, they can not figure out what is going on. I have so many other symptoms for other autoimmune issues, but because all my lab work coms back normal all these doctors say that I am fine. If I was fine all of the issues that I am having wouldn't still get going on. I am so tired all the time and this is so frustrating. I feel like I am never going to get answers. I just want to be able to work and live my life not feeling tired and being in pain all the time. I really don't know what to do anymore. I feel very defeated.

P.S. Another thought is to see an immunologist to check allergies, a gastrointestinal doctor for celiac (endoscopy), and nutritionist/dietitian for diet changes to reduce inflammation.

Allergies are important. I need to add that to my diagnostic list. < sigh>

I know I have a billion contact allergies and a dust mite allergy. But I haven't tested air-born allergies in years (probably a decade). I may have more now. And I'm really not sure how to best test food allergies. I know I'm allergic to bell peppers and some red dyes. That's about it.

Re how to home test for food allergies, sensitivities, and autoimmune diseases. One option is the elimination diet, which removes most potential food irritants from the diet for weeks. Here is a link: https://health.clevelandclinic.org/elimination-diet .
If gluten sensitivity is a possibility, then getting Celiac Panel bloodwork before the diet is a good idea (once someone is gluten free [GF] tests are generally negative). I avoid all gluten (wheat, rye, barley) because I have had celiac for 15 years; I got inflammatory arthritis in my hands after H1N1 and high stress and after the rheumatologist visit I tried GF, just to see. GI problems were gone in a few days, arthritis in 2 weeks, the skin rashes and enlarged lymph nodes I'd had for many years, and acid reflux took ~6 months. I've kept a food log since then, so when I got collagenous colitis 8 years ago I saw that NSAIDs and legumes caused flares. Thankfully I'm not a picky eater; I'd probably eat cardboard as long as it was GF. As one ages, the GI tract also gets old and cranky; some things are not as easy to digest. I'm also sensitive to airborne sap from cottonwood and honey locust logs (woodturning).

You should have a food sensitivity test done. I had one done by a chiropractor who also helps others with testing for food allergies. Do your own research to find someone in your area that does this. Many Functional Doctors are treating for this now.

You have gotten a lot of very good advice here.
What other autoimmune symptoms do you have?
What medications have you taken for the Psoriatic Arthritis and Fibromyalgia?
Both illnesses will cause fatigue- fibromyalgia definitely. One may have to try more than one medication to control the fibromyalgia.
As has been mentioned already, if you are taking immunosuppressant medication for the arthritis it could be the cause of your MRSA infections.
Have you considered a second opinion at a major university hospital?
