anyone have dry eyes disease with ocular roscea?

Both together is not fun and frustrating with lack of medical understanding/help

I do. It got worse after I had Lasik eye surgery about 23 years ago. What helps me is warm compressions 2 xs a day for 5 minutes. Washing eyes and face twice per day. Prescription: Restasis, Cequa or Xiidra. Also Refresh with Omega 3 moisturizing eye drops

I forgot to mention that Doxycycline prescription. Doc prescribed 100 mg a day but I only take 50 mg

Has the doxycycline helped? How long have you been on? Did they ever mention IPL? Is your dermatologist involved?

Doxycycline does work. I am no longer on it. I seem to do great on Cequa and Miebo, & washing eyes twice a day. Warm compressions also.
