I sometimes do Reiki or even take 1/4 Klonopin when I feel a certain pressure that makes me think afib might be coming. I also do tai chi. I do think that something like hypnosis might calm your system to head off trouble, but I wouldn't recommend it to "hide" symptoms (as @gloaming said). Stress is a trigger for arrythmias and hypnosis might reduce it, for a few days at least (or hours?). A doctor actually suggested it to me yesterday for some autonomic neuro issues.
I have had 10 afib episodes in 10 years. I land in the hospital every time due to low bp making treatment difficult. These episodes last 45 minutes to 7 hours. I am still not on anti-coagulant or daily meds. I probably will be in the future though. It depends on your CHADS score (ask your doctor or look it up online): high bp, diabetes, weight, age, gender etc.
So Reiki, tai chi, hypnosis, EMDR, exercise, good company, art, therapy, anxiety meds can all have a place in reducing stress which may be a trigger for your PVC's and PAC's. But hiding palpitations is probably not possible. Whether it's a good idea or not, is something to discuss with your doctor!
