Anyone have experience with immunotherapy clinical trials?

Hi- does anyone have any experience with immunotherapy clinical trials? Or more specifically the one sponsored by Janux Therapeutics? This would be for treatment for metastatic PC stage 4. 5FU was given post a distal Whipple (full removal of pancreas) in Dec 2022, followed by 5FU, then radiation and oral chemo, was said to be NED Nov 2023. Then 6 weeks later Feb 2024 cancer appeared in the perineum, so radiation was resumed and then in April Mets were seen in Liver and lungs. Since May has been on Gem/Nab Pacilitaxel and it was helping but now the cancer is showing resistance and new growth. So now before starting a 3rd line of chemo, considering this immunotherapy trial. There seems to be unknowns with both options- clinical trial or 3rd line of treatment. Struggling with what might be the best choice. Any thoughts or experiences are greatly appreciated! Thank you!

@breemichelle26, do you have a link to the clinical trial by Janux Therapeutics to which you are referring? Have you talked with your care team about clinical trial options that you might be eligible for?
