I noticed that as well before my HoLEP. Semen seemed to leak out slowly after my orgasm had subsided as opposed to during my orgasm and as a result they weren't as intense. There may not be much of a difference for me post HoLEP.

Yes, I noted a release of semen during the final stages of orgasm, and some leakage as sex ended. This was my reaction PRE HOLEP.....now, it's the orgasm with non release visual of semen, disappointed but had no choice . Holep ...was a blessing releaving my urinary poblems, but I had to select this, and it had a price.
