@loh that is outdated. Unless you have metastasis already of a preexisting cancer. Please don't worry about cancer. I have had breast cancer and took Tymlos for two years and didn't worry at all about new cancer.
Many of us try Tymlos full dose and if hard to tolerate, back down to lower dose on the adjustable pen and then move up as we are able.
I had dramatic gains in 18 months, went from severe to borderline in spine. Hope you will try it!
