I have disequilibrium. Will balance therapy eliminate my condition?

YES ! With just a little time PER day helped me very much . Staying consistent is key !

So sorry to hear of your disequilibrium issue. It can really disrupt your daily life.
To my knowledge, disequilibrium is a symptom, but doesn’t necessarily indicate the cause of it. The Dizzy and balance therapy process might help elucidate the cause of your issue and be able to prescribe treatment (my program was with Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists) that will be specifically effective for your diagnosis. Unfortunately, it didn’t help me. In my case, no specific cause was found, but after going through their program for 3-4 months we did at least learn my issues are not vestibular (ear system) and more likely ocular (my eyes). That alone was helpful. As of now, I’m working with Neuro-Optometrists, but I still have a constant, when my eyes are open, low level but pervasive sense of dizziness. It’s been 16 months since I started on this journey.

However, I do know personally people who went through the Dizzy and Balance program in my area and were greatly helped! I strongly recommend doing this program to help you figure out, and hopefully cure, your disequilibrium. Good luck!
