What after care is recomended post Avastin shot

I began getting shots (1 per month) in April. They are given on Thursdays. On Saturday I had sex and my eye went from wavy lines to a large black dot. I read that Avastin is for something else (forgot what) and can cause bleeding. Are there any recommendations for after care? Now, October, the dot is smaller and I can see around it, but is still there and the waves seem to be there too. The waves are like the security diagrams when signing in to a computer account.
