Hi and thanks for your reply. I had an ischemic stroke in October 22. I am looking to improve my left arm usage and my walking ability although I'm walking with how to cane or Walker and I haven't fallen because I have pretty good balance but my walking pace is very slow and probably appears to others is unsteady. I also was diagnosed about a year ago with polymyalgia rheumatica and I'm taking 2 to 3 milligrams of Prednisone daily which I've tapered down from 10 milligrams originally. I am trying to build my strength in my legs and get my left arm to have more range and get my fingers on my left hand working better.
